In 2011, Reconstructing Grimm Productions began as a partnership between Fond du Lac native Liz Shipe and Perry Heideman when they collaborated on a fairy tale-themed photography project. As the photos rose in popularity, Ms. Shipe expanded the brand and started writing full length shows. “The Incredible Adventure of Alvin Tatlock” is Shipe’s ninth produced play, in which she also stars as Gertie Pike. The playwright started her career as an actor and branched out to create the Sherlock Holmes focused “Baker’s Street Trilogy,” featured at the Brumder Mansion in Milwaukee and Old World Wisconsin in Eagle.
