The Fond du Lac Symphonic Band is in search of a new music director and conductor, starting in January 2023. We are seeking applications from interested musicians.
The application window is open and will close May 1, 2022. Once the application window has closed, we will review the applications and narrow the field to three candidates. These individuals will be invited to conduct at a rehearsal and possibly a concert. We reserve the right to change this process should the need arise.
- The Fond du Lac Symphonic Band rehearses Monday evenings from 7:30-9:30 PM.
- Concert Seasons:
- Pops Concert in spring
- Eight summer concerts
- Cathedral Concert in fall
- Added responsibilities include: community outreach and relationships, collaboration with the Board of Directors and Community Advisory Council, and recruiting musicians as needed.
