After an absence of two years, we are very excited to announce the Symphonic Band’s 41st annual Pops Concert on Saturday, April 23, 7 p.m. at the Fond du Lac High School PAC. The band will be presenting the concert originally intended for
April of 2020 and will feature Kyle Megna and the Monsoons, in the premiere performance of I Never Can Say No, written at the Symphonic Band’s request for the Band and the Monsoons by noted Wisconsin composer John Harmon. The band will also perform another Harmon composition: Symphony (For love of the game), Selections from “The Great Race” by Henry Mancini, and A Tribute to Harry James, featuring the FSB’s own Kurt Shipe on trumpet. There is no admission charge; a free will offering will be received.
